Dr. Ilicia Martin grew up in Marietta, GA and she graduated from University of Georgia in 2019 with a degree in biology.
She attended the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 2025. Prior to vet school, she worked at an emergency veterinary hospital for several years. She has interests in general surgery and internal medicine, along with creating close relationships with both her clients and their pets.
While she grew up in Georgia, Ilicia has always loved the beach, and when her now husband moved here for work six years ago, she was happy to follow once she finished vet school.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, gardening, cooking, crafting, reading, and recently scuba diving! She also loves spending time with her pets, her pup Cliff and her frog Ms. Ribbits, as well as her husband, Ian. During Saturdays in the fall, you will likely find them cheering on their favorite team, the Georgia Bulldogs.
